Product Availability - Refund - Cancellation

Except in cases of force majeure or during periods when the online store is closed, which will be clearly announced on the homepage of the site, the shipping times, subject to stock availability, are those indicated below. Shipping times begin from the date the order is recorded, as shown in the order confirmation email.

In addition to these shipping times, design, manufacturing, or customization times may apply. These additional times will be announced on the product page.

For deliveries within Mainland France and Corsica, the delivery time is between 1 and 10 business days depending on stock availability from the day following the buyer's order, using the following method: Colissimo. At the latest, the delivery time will be 30 business days after the contract has been concluded.

For deliveries to the French overseas territories or other countries, the delivery methods will be specified to the buyer on a case-by-case basis.

If the agreed delivery date or time is not met, the buyer must, before terminating the contract, request the seller to execute the contract within a reasonable additional period.

If the contract is still not executed after the expiration of this new period, the buyer may freely terminate the contract.

The buyer must complete these successive steps by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or by written communication on another durable medium.

The contract will be considered terminated upon receipt by the seller of the letter or written notice informing them of this termination unless the seller performs the contract in the meantime.

However, the buyer may terminate the contract immediately if the dates or delivery times stated above constitute an essential condition of the contract for them.

In this case, when the contract is terminated, the seller is obligated to refund the buyer the total amount paid, at the latest within 14 days from the date the contract was terminated.

In case the ordered product is unavailable, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel their order. The buyer will then have the option to either request a refund of the amounts paid, no later than 14 days after payment, or receive a credit for the product amount.

Delivery Methods

Delivery is understood as the transfer of physical possession or control of the goods to the consumer. The ordered products are delivered according to the methods and times indicated above.

Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer on the order form. The buyer must ensure its accuracy. Any package returned to the seller due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. The buyer can, upon request, receive an invoice at the billing address instead of the delivery address by selecting the appropriate option on the order form.

If the buyer is absent on the delivery day, the carrier will leave a delivery notice in the mailbox, allowing the buyer to collect the package at the specified location within the indicated time frame.

If, upon delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, or opened, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the buyer must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused due to being opened or damaged).

The buyer must indicate any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) on the delivery slip with handwritten reserves, accompanied by their signature.

This verification is considered completed once the buyer, or an authorized person, has signed the delivery slip.

The buyer must then confirm these reservations by registered letter to the carrier at the latest within two business days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter by fax or regular mail to the seller at the address provided in the legal notices of the site.

If products need to be returned to the seller, they must be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Any claim made after this period cannot be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for items in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).

Delivery Errors

The buyer must make any claim of delivery error and/or product non-conformity in type or quality compared to the information on the order form on the day of delivery or, at the latest, the first business day following the delivery. Any claim made after this period will be rejected.

Any claim not made according to the rules outlined above and within the time limits will not be considered, and the seller will be released from any responsibility towards the buyer.

Upon receipt of the claim, the seller will assign an exchange number for the product(s) concerned and communicate it to the buyer by email. The exchange of a product can only take place after the exchange number has been assigned.

In the case of a delivery error or refund, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the seller in its entirety and in its original packaging, via Colissimo Recommandé, to the following address: 19 rue Rigaud 34000 Montpellier.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
