The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the law of June 21, 2014, on Confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of August 6, 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: n° 2016-679).

Persons Responsible for Collecting Personal Data

For Personal Data collected as part of creating the User's personal account and their browsing on the Site, the controller of the Personal Data is La Sellerie Française, represented by Arnaud Knobloch, its legal representative.
