The refund policy of La Sellerie Française depends on the product you have ordered.

Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable Items

Many products are custom-made, personalized, or unique. These items are not refundable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated on the product page. The same applies to discounted items. Only regularly priced items can be refunded or exchanged.

Refundable or Exchangeable Items

Conditions

Items that are not custom-made, personalized, or unique, unless otherwise stated on the product page, are refundable or exchangeable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A partial refund may be granted for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To initiate a return, you must provide proof of purchase (such as the order number from the email you received).

Unless otherwise indicated, the item should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us at contact@laselleriefrancaise.com to obtain the return address.

If more than 30 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once the manufacturer has received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@laselleriefrancaise.com.

Shipping

To return a product, the item should be sent directly to the manufacturer. Please contact us at contact@laselleriefrancaise.com to obtain the return address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item worth more than 75 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
