Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales concluded on laselleriefrancaise.com between BeyondSky OÜ, which operates the La Sellerie Française brand, and any customer. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

La Sellerie Française brings together the work of saddlers and leather artisans, often one-of-a-kind or made to measure. Each product is described on its page. Photographs are as faithful as possible but minor variations inherent to handmade work cannot be held against the artisan.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, including any applicable taxes. Applicable taxes are determined and handled at checkout by our partner Stripe, according to the regulations in force and the delivery destination. Any delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online, securely, through our partner Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.

5. Manufacturing and delivery

As many products are made to order, a manufacturing time is stated on each page. Delivery terms are detailed in our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under French consumer law, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase. This right does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalised, which make up a significant part of our catalogue. Details are set out in our returns policy.

7. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
