Made-to-measure and one-of-a-kind items

A large part of our creations are made to measure or personalised. Under French consumer law (article L221-28), these products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Standard products

For non-personalised products, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be returned as new, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

Faulty product

If you receive a faulty or non-conforming product, contact us within 14 days at contact@laselleriefrancaise.com with a photo. We will arrange repair, replacement or refund.

Refund

Accepted refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the return.
