1. Purpose

These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of laselleriefrancaise.com, published by BeyondSky OÜ (Estonia, reg. 16894028). They are separate from our terms of sale, which govern purchases.

Accessing the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Access to the service

The site is free to access, excluding connection costs. We aim to keep it available but cannot guarantee it: maintenance, updates or technical incidents may interrupt access, without liability on our part.

3. Customer account

Accounts are created via a sign-in link sent to your email address; no password is stored. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and for actions taken from your account. Tell us promptly at contact@laselleriefrancaise.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Artisan area

Partner artisans have a dedicated area to manage their details, products and orders. They undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Access is strictly personal.

5. User-published content

Artisans publish text and photographs describing their workshop and products. They warrant that they hold the rights to that content and grant us the right to display it on the site. Any unlawful, misleading or infringing content may be removed without notice.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: disrupt the site or attempt unauthorised access; systematically extract or reuse any part of its content, including by automated means; impersonate anyone; or transmit unlawful or malicious content.

7. Intellectual property

The La Sellerie Française brand, visual identity, text and imagery are protected. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. External links

The site may link to third-party sites over which we have no control and whose content is the sole responsibility of their publishers.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published at the time of your visit.

11. Governing law
