High-end, durable, and comfortable halter for your horse, handmade in Lorraine. Full-grain, vegetable-tanned leathers, premium brass hardware... Meticulous finishes for a truly one-of-a-kind piece.
Your Ourasi halter is entirely handcrafted using traditional Saddler–Harness Maker know-how—a guarantee of quality and longevity...
Traditional saddle stitch, leather edges dyed and burnished, premium hardware...
For maximum comfort, the halter is lined with a soft leather and padded with 4 mm neoprene foam at the crownpiece and noseband.
The crownpiece features a slight cutout to respect your horse’s anatomy.
The halter is built so that no protruding parts or bulky seams compromise your horse’s comfort; it’s fitted with double buckles.
The throatlatch has snap hooks on both sides. This halter is a premium piece of tack, made for discerning riders seeking a noble, long-lasting product.
(Optional: symmetrical adjustments. More convenient for the rider and helps distribute the halter’s weight evenly across the horse’s head.)
Please allow up to 8 weeks from order to shipment.
Leather care notice:
Leather is a living material. By definition, it’s an animal hide (here: bovine or caprine) made rot-resistant through tanning (in this case: vegetable—better for the environment and for the skin). The animal’s hide naturally bears life marks (specks, scratches, skin folds, etc.), which in no way diminish the quality of the material.
On the contrary, these life marks prove the leather is full grain, and therefore of excellent quality. Leather continues to evolve and its appearance will gradually change. It will develop a patina and the color may shift due to weather conditions (sun, rain, etc.), making it even more elegant. Likewise, buckles may leave small marks on the leather—this is normal.
Care: your new product arrives pre-conditioned and oiled. There’s no need to apply dressing right away; however, regular maintenance is essential to keep it in good condition.
Clean after each ride and hydrate the leather weekly/monthly depending on usage. More care tips are provided in the care booklet included with the product.
Returns
For custom and personalized items, the provisions of Article L. 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, as amended by Ordinance No. 2001-741 of August 23, 2001, apply and remove the Buyer’s 14-day withdrawal period and the return of personalized goods. Withdrawal is excluded (Article 121-20.2, paragraph 3) for contracts for the supply of goods that are clearly personalized or made to the consumer’s specifications, i.e., made-to-measure, non-standard size, or personalized items. Therefore, no withdrawal period will be granted for made-to-measure or personalized items (specific sizes, patterns, colors, etc.), all non-standard items, and items with specific additions or modifications. As a result, returns are not possible.
